My home (2 bedrooms) was offered for sale at the affordable end of the local market; we made one price reduction after a period of time in response to buyer feedback. My understanding is that the majority of inspections were with buyers looking in my price range, rather than "window shoppers". Sufficient notice of inspection requests was provided by the agent, which allowed for the home to be presented at its best. I received a follow-up call following each of the inspections. As Ben noted, we have come full circle as Ben was involved with purchase of our home in 2010 and now sale in 2021. 07 February 2017I had an investment property in Narooma for six years and wished to sell it. I contacted Ben Bate who was recommended to me by friends in the area. Ben and his staff have been great in all our dealings, always keeping me informed as to what was going on in the market. The first buyer they found for me couldn't get finance so the deal fell though. So after talking with Ben, I decided to take the unit off the market and try again at a later date. This letter is to describe my experience of selling my property through Ben Bate Real Estate in Narooma NSW. I interviewed and received appraisals from three agents in the area. The appraisal from Aiden of Ben Bate Real Estate was far more detailed and comprehensive than the other two. Aiden was at the property for a couple of hours, the other two agents were only there for thirty minutes. I was also impressed by the sales records, networking and selling strategies presented by Aiden. The selling price recommended by Ben Bate was the highest of the three agents with one agent recommending a price 25% lower. The selling price achieved by Ben Bate was 97.85% of the asking price. All my interactions with Ben Bate staff were friendly and courteous and I always felt my requirements were respected and that I was in good hands. Aiden is well presented, a good communicator and we felt comfortable in dealing with him in the purchase of our new property, he was willing and diligent in following up on all of our inquiries regarding the sale. We have no hesitation in recommending Aiden to future clients.
